"Great place to stay! Outside beverages are wonderful! "

"Good location. Staff at front desk were helpful. Room was dirty. Hair on the floor in the bathroom, shower head had a build up of dirt, white residue around bathroom sink, huge block of ice in the refrigerator, spots on wall that looked like mold."

"Our room was clean, the breakfast area wasn't maintained as far as cleaning the tables for the next person and coffee was out. Breakfast was ok. They tried to charge me for a reservation I didn't make"

"We stayed in room 7. The AC is plugged into a converter which gets so hot, it trips. So the AC turns off, the the converter turns back on so the AC turns back on and makes a beep. That goes on every 10 mins or so u til the converter completely overheats and shuts everything down for an undetermined amount of time. After leaving the AC on all day while we were gone, we came back to a room that was hotter than the outside temperature and it smelled so bad. At this point it was too late to do...

"Unfortunately, the pool was not open and construction was present outside our balcony for the entire 4 day stay. These issues were not disclosed to us until after check in. The indoor pool wasn’t heated as advertised and the weather was chilly at times. The heated pool would have been lovely. Instead, most people utilizing the indoor pool area just crowded into a small hot tub. Concerns about a guest exposing himself were not taken seriously and the guest did it a second time in front of...

"Beds and pillows are terrible. Bed mattresses need to be replaced. Sitting chair looks like it’s has been used for sex . Lots of stains it was gross. Refrigerator made terrible noise had to unplug it and not use it. Reported it and nothing was done , still in the same position I had left it in . Got poor sleep. Couldn’t change room because it was booked up."
