"Check in/out was fast and easy, receptionists were always friendly. Nice short stroll to Long Jetty for a bbq and walk. Building is fairly new, room was clean and comfortable. Access to Diggers for meals, as the hotel itself doesn't have the facilities. We were placed on level 2, so we were woken up by people heading back to their room from Diggers (10 mins of conversation and laughter). I suggest they place families on other floors. "

"We had a great 2 night stay with our dog. The rooms are very clean with everything you need. A little dated but it really didn't matter as it's priced well, the rooms are clean and also lovely service. Indian restaurant onsite with room service available. The pool was refreshing and clean considering we just had a storm, but we enjoyed the half hour of sun anyway! The only critique I would have is the Bbq area being a bit cleaner. It is in the smokers hut and other guests whilst they're...

"This was a great place to stay. Right on Lake Macquarie. Very relaxing. Great cabin, staff and communication. When there was an issue with one of the toilets on site, or when aclean up neededto be done on the jumping pad, a text message was sent out letting us all know. Also liked the fairy lights around the very clean bbq just behind our cabin. And the sound of frogs in the creek behind us was amazing. "
