"Aircon in room is highly inadequate.
Room had no bath robes or slippers in it.
TV had no internet so couldn’t use casting or streaming services.
Housekeeping entered room despite having ‘do not disturb’ sign in place.
Pool is extremely small. No pool towels available.
Sauna and steam room not always on, has to be booked through reception!"

"Excellent property and hotel. Amazing location. After a delay in check-in, manager provided beverage at Bar. Manager provided good customer service . In future, if a delay in check in, just pay the 20 bucks and go to spa, well worth it and it helps with waiting if you have frustrated teens. Overall, excellent and will return."
