"The deluxe room was well designed for travelers, with a good bed, toilet separate from a great shower with excellent water pressure and plenty of closet space and enough room. It was superb value for the price. The staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast also good value.
The hotel isn’t modern but has character and is comfortable. It is in a good location, readily accessible to the sights of Tours and the railway station but also well situated for quickly driving out of town to visit...

"I wish the staff would have told us about the tram the first day so that we could have used it earlier. As well, we did not love the food served at the hotel restaurant. It was expensive for the meal and not really many choices. Staff was amazing otherwise."

"We booked this Mercure in Orleans as it had a swimming pool in summer. We arrived to find that the swimming pool was closed, very disappointed. In addition, the hotel images used show a nice reception area however the rooms are very dilapidated and run down which was not shown in the images. Would not recommend this hotel."
