"Do not go there. They pretend to be a 4 star hotel but they are not. No room service everyday, no AC working, room was very hot and not enjoyable to stay, no TV for 2 days out of our 3 nights stay, very poor internet, works barely sometimes. Had to go to reception to ask for towels, for shampoo, for toilet paper! It’s a 2 star hotel max. Unfriendly staff and poor attendance. Used to go there when it was olivarius and it was just perfect. Now with new management and their new name Cowool, quality...

"AVOID THIS HOTEL — DO NOT TRUST THE PICTURES!

The room was tiny, smelled strongly of smoke, had prison-like lighting, and a disgusting bathroom. Even the elevator wasn’t working, and there was no reception after 11 PM.
I couldn’t sleep at all and left at 7 AM. Despite this terrible experience, the morning receptionist refused to refund my money for the...
