"It is not definitely worth 5 star experience. The hotel rooms were poorly maintained. Th checkin process was awful and the staff had no care about customer experience nor the manager. The breakfast was pretty average and the staff were not helpful. Will not recommend this to families"

"Selva Kumar was very helpful, all the staff very and helping us to save breakfast for the Sunday church mass after 10:30 , Room cleaning people injabth, Chizavanzin, Chingpi, and subhajit, and Jagatheesh very helpful with water and coffee and tea supplies, food was excellent, chefs were very nice and food was great"

"It took the staff more than 35 minutes to check us in. They said room was getting ready. And also it took them nearly 90 minutes to send the luggage to our room after 2 phone calls"

"This was my third stay here in the last 13 months. I stayed for 3 days and truly loved the entire experience. One thing that stood out was during dinner with my family and friends—they assigned a dedicated staff member to take care of our 14-month-old baby, which allowed all of us to relax and enjoy our time together. The restaurant manager was also extremely flexible and accommodating to our unique requests. I strongly recommend this place."

"This is a nice hotel with good size room. All the staff were polte and helpfull. There is a nice swimming pool and hotel provides complimentary tee / cofee and biscuits in the afternoon which is a nice touch. The only negative is that the area approaching the hotel is very run down so go from a poor area to nice area within the hotel boundary which is a bit unfortunate. We would be more than happy to stay at the hotel agaim."
