"Excellent hotel with outstanding service, but breakfast needs improvement
We had a wonderful stay and were genuinely impressed by the hotel. The service around parking, luggage handling, and housekeeping was outstanding throughout our visit. We also loved both Beecher's Bar and Splendid. The atmosphere, design, and overall service were excellent, and the bartenders went above and beyond to accommodate individual preferences.
The only reason we are not giving a perfect rating is the breakfast....

"The property was located in the heart of Old Town which made site seeing just a few steps away. There is an abundance of cafe's, gift shops, restaurants, and pubs within a 5-minute walk. Their buffet breakfast was great with lots to choose from, The elevator is really small. It will fit 2 people or you and a suitcase. The rooms were ok with a double bed and two singles. My son stayed next door in a similar room with his wife and 4-year-old, except his room had a separate sitting area and a couch...

"Very happy with my room, temporary and clean, well equipped, comfortable bed. Free breakfast had many choices. According to Expedia it's 9km away from PRG airport, but the Uber drive seemed much longer. The cost from airport was 580KRN, the return drive was much cheaper, like 400krn. There is restaurant and some convenience store near łby, where you can buy snacks and alcohol. Overall it was a pleasant stay"

"This is a well located old hotel that has been restored. Breakfast was mediocre but dinner in that same restaurant was very good. Rooms were clean and well maintained."
