"My room was not done for 3 days even requesting it at the front desk personally.
They receive packages but didn’t call you or message to let you know that they arrived, I still have one missing.
Infrastructure is good but service is poor. Non functional for businesses purposes."

"It seems be new hotel, there is old part of hotel and new part
I was at new part and it was good
There was minor thing with water drain at shower but it was not a big thing
So it was good place to stay"

"Posizione molto comoda per girare Providencia e Las Condes a piedi.
Vicinissimo allo Sky Costanera.
Punto di forza della struttura la posizione è anche la cena é piacevole.
Pulizia camere insufficiente.

"The staff Was Very friendly the hotel was well. Location rooms were big and comfortable. The front desk and the restaurant. Staff was amazing. The food really very excellent."
