"This is the 2nd time I have stayed here and the check in process takes way way too long. they also didnt have my room ready for 3pm check in either. Took ages to bring valet car back to us also when we checked out. Staff are walking in circles and que to the doors to check in. If you know 3pm is check in time why are the people who are working moving so slowly.... really not okay. people were getting very annoyed."

"Great location, front office staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room need some plumbing work which when pointed out was rectified quickly. Parking was affordable and was easy to access."

"Great location with lots of restaurants, bars and cafes close by. My executive studio was so spacious and had everything I needed for a two night stay. The staff were great, letting me check in early and check out a little later. Will stay here again next time I'm back"

"The breakfast left alot to be desired, at $15 , I told the guy the OJ was sour and he just shrugged his shoulders and didn't do anything to switch it out! He saw me later and literally pivoted the other direction away from me! I was like not the end of the world just get some fresh juice, but there was no buffet as advertised, the options were a joke the cereal I wanted didn't even dispense from the container"

"There was a lot to love but a lot was quite difficult too. When I arrived after a 3 hr drive (with 2 toddlers) there was no one at the front desk and the door was locked. This was at 4pm. I called the number and someone eventually came down to serve me after about 15-20 minutes. The room was a great size and exactly what we needed. Cleaning could have been better but not everyone has little ones crawling around the floor to find things. I’d come again though because the price was great and...
