"Terrible experience, the worst experience, not just bad, was a disaster. First, the photos differ vastly from what we actually found upon arrival, and considering the price seemed excessive. At check-in the rooms were located very far apart. Key cards didn't work, so going back to the front desk to solve the issue. "The front desk was amazing! They were very helpful. We went during one of the World Cup games and you wouldn't have known, we didn't have any issues with the breakfast or parking even with the hotel being fully booked. The room was clean, beds comfortable, bathroom clean, and water was hot. It was quiet. The breakfast had traditional hotel breakfast items but it was really good and there was plenty of it. I would definitely book here again just based on the cleanliness and hotel staff!"

The outdoor pool deck could use attention, and the pool was freezing cold so we didn’t get in. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the Plaza, so we sat outside morning and evening.
