"Very nice place to stay"

"Liked breakfast and restaurant onsite. Is an old hotel that has been remodeled but there are signs of below standard workmanship."

"Nice updated room. Only downside was there was hair in the bathroom. On the sink, in the tub and on the soap they provided. Outside of that no complaints."

"Complimentary breakfast would make this hotel better but it was great and better than any but the Raphael nearby. We'll likely stay here the next time we are in KC."

"We had a two night staycation in KC. I had forgotten how wonderful this property is. Can’t beat the location and the property is beautiful."

"First time staying here, it was decent, clean, & rooms about same as other motels; did have a nice big walk-in shower. Breakfast satisfactory. This motel has a parking area behind the building that’s gated. We were told to park there. Next morning when we left the room we left the key-cards in the room because we had to walk out the back door to get to our vehicle. check-in person did not mention we needed card to get in parking area as well as leave, so it took some extra time to leave."

"La habitación no estaba del todo limpia y hay un olor muy fuerte en ella , se va y viene la electricidad eventualmente, la TV no tenía señal, si pides algún servicio como cambio de toallas o sábanas por algún accidente, tienes que quejarte dos o más veces para que lo hagan, igual si se termina el papel higiénico. No volvería a hospedarme ahí en lo absoluto"

"Great staff, but the building is under major construction. They are trying to refurbish it, but I think it will not turn out good enough. It is also just a mess right now, and extremely loud."

"Room was flooded from the room next door. Desk clerk gave the option of changing hotels in the middle of the night. Upon arrival My family and I had to wait over 3 hours past our check in time. This delay caused us to miss wedding activities we came in town for."

"Lovely room. Parking lot was difficult to manage. Food was average at best. Staff was delightful!!!"

"This was a great place to stay. Gambling was fun. If you don't mind loding money. Lol I really enjoyed my stay. It was quite even being at a casino."
