when we booked, we asked for adjoining rooms with two double beds. When we arrived, they were not able to comply. They offered one king size room adjoining two double beds, which would’ve been perfect. However they charged three dollars for the rollaway bed we needed.

The staff were helpful throughout the four days I was there. The room was comfortable and clean. The only concern I had was there was no one to help me navigate my large bags upon checkin or checkout. Thankfully my kind taxi driver assisted each time.

So many options for dining and shopping. A very convenient location for the mueseum and other activities! The parking was somewhat confusing but our trip was abit last minute so we were unable to research before our stay. The front were so accommodating and kind!

It is a great place to stay if you're looking for a staycation. Great room, easy parking, near a lot of places to go and if you attend a show at the theater you can there from inside crown center.
