"The check in staff cannot be bothered. They were hanging out chatting while one employee helped a line full of people. When checking in they forgot to put our card in for incidentals as well as parking. This made parking a nightmare our first evening and next morning. They fixed it later after playing phone tag. "Make sure you get the instructions on how to check in and get your key as everything is automated. The whole process is great, very well set up. The room was great and what a view! Lastly the area is awesome, with lots of restaurants to choose from. "

"Had a great short (1 night) stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast (included) was fresh and had a great variety of menu items. Location is excellent. Close to everything. A short walk to the Kennedy Memorial and Sixth Floor Museum. Thoroughly recommend this property if you're travelling to Dallas. "
