"Hotel ,room, bed OK. At 2.50 am there was a loud bang when the bathroom light was switched on ,the electric power had tripped. I managed to find the power box in the dark and by climbing on a chair managed to switch it back on. We then noticed a heavy music vibration going through the building which lasted to 4 am ,I am partially deaf ,I could not hear it but feel it,we were on the second floor. We found out later that the hotel had a wedding party that night. We were told on complaining the...

"The rooms had nice toiletries in them but overall were basic. No kettle in the room which would have been nice and most photos show a kettle available. The hotel bar closes early leaving guests no opportunity to get a drink. The double bed had a broke foot and despite informing staff this was not fixed during the stay. "
