"This was a cute Inn right down the street from Watkins Glenn State park. The room was very clean and updated. There is and ice cream shop right inside the Inn. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very busy place. We got there early and they allowed us to park our car there so we could walk down to the state park. I would recommend this Inn . We were there for one night ."

"The property is in bad shape. bathroom door not closed. Room not have enough lights. Room main door hard to close as well locked with manual key. continental breakfast with packed muffin/ pastry with coffee. no lights on at property in front of your room at night. prefer NOT to stay."

"The toilet in room 201 was leaking at the base causing my floor of my bathroom to be soaking wet everyday. I told the staff about the issue and they said that it must just be a wet shower curtain from the previous customer that stayed there. It was not. The toilet leaked all over the floor everyday."

"We really enjoy the inn, its very cozy and comfortable. We especially love the breakfasts at the restaurant. "delicious!!! However we did notice that some of the small things that needed repairs last year were still not attended to, and the landscaping was very upkept, weedy and messy looking."
