"when opening the door to the room which was difficult as the door was scrapping across the floor. The room smelt so bad of bleach that i had to leave the door open for 45 minutes to get rid of some of the smell. the shower floor was covered with dead insects. the floor had dead flies as well. "

"Clean tidy accommodation, staff are friendly and helpful."
