"Overall, I had a good stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. The bed was great.
The only issues were some hair on the bathroom walls and a few complimentary creamers and chips that were around two months expired. These are small things that could easily be addressed with a little more attention to cleaning and checking the room items."

"Hotel was in good shape, well maintained and clean for the most part.
Staff did not engage with visitors unless visitors initiated conversation.
I was disappointed with the shampoo, no conditioner at all and shampoo was both shampoo, body wash and handsoap.
There was no daily refreshing of bath towels or garbage emptying. They clean on check in and check out only . 4 coffee pods for a 5 night stay with 2 people.
Definitely not a 4 star hotel, it was decent but not great."
