"Room had a serious ventilation issue, the floor was constantly damp. The room itself served its purpose, beds a little soft however that's personal preference. Now, the exit driveway is way too steep, yes I have a low vehicle however it's not that low! We had to reverse back up it and use the check in entrance to leave as my bumper was scraping on the road!"

"Every single thing about the caravan park was horrible amenities where disgusting, staff rude , cabin old smelly oven stove disgusting would never cook on it , windows filthy, road into park bearly drivable, shower needs a good clean & new shower head as it didn’t work . "This a unique property, very cosy and peaceful. It was exactly as advertised and very charming with a well presented modern attached bathroom. Karen was a really helpful host and the location for us was great especially as Karen gave us so much advice and assistance to plan our day in the Grampians. Sadly due to the cloud cover we did not get to see the night sky but on a clear night anyone keen on stargazing will have a great view. We would highly recommend the Tobacco Kiln for those who like...
