"The room was clean and tidy, however when we stayed last year we had bottles of water in our room but this was not the case this time, I brought my own last year but didn't this year as I thought that bottles of water would be in our room. I also requested an extra pillow as the 2 pillows I had were flat, reception made a note of this but the pillow never arrived. Staff were all very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. "Having booked on Expedia a Double Deluxe was purchased however the person on reception wanted extra for a room and was told the only room available was a twin room being Room 6. It was not a nice room with sloping floor in the bedroom and bathroom. Rather disappointed as over the years I have colleagues who have stayed. Would return but would insist on getting the room I had purchased."

"The room was tired and Amenities were poor. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Reception welcome was far from a welcome. The bathroom was filthy with black mould marks and the Bathroom door was completely rotten. The walls were paper thin - I was kept awake until after midnight.
