"Our only concern was the upstair neighbor that paced all night and the desk clerk's response to our concern. As he was a frequent guest, our noise concern was excused away and "Leon" was not even made aware that he was disturbing others. Very nice place that we won't consider in future travels. "

"Typical breakfast. Decent enough. Clean well maintained room. Area close to a residential are so felt safe. Staff was efficient. Not sure why they kept the ID of the Spanish only person in front us. Told him he would get it back next morning after they checked the room. Odd."

"Pool was not working. This was the entire reason we booked a stay at this hotel. They were supposed to text me when the pool was fixed, I never received a text nor an update. Very disappointed. We ended up finding somewhere else to swim, but had to buy towels and pay fees to get into the pool."

"We loved our 2 night stay. Check in was easy and fast. The desk clerk pleasant. The room was spotless, the bed comfy. Since its an extended stay place, there was no breakfast offered. We didnt miss a mediocre hotel breakfast at all. There are many good restaurants nearby."

"Breakfast was good. The first day there was a hair in the hash potatoes. And the original waffle batter run out, so you had to have the other kind. It didn’t seem like anyone was there at the front desk at all times. And we asked for four extra pillows and they said we can only have 3. The hot tub was warm, but the pool was pretty cold. There was toy lid under the ac from the previous occupant. So it seems like they didn’t clean it thoroughly. Overall it was just okay. I’ve stayed at better BWH....

"Check-in was quick and efficient. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all of the usual amenities. The WiFi was too slow to load Google Maps and other websites, so this was the only "down side" to my stay. Breakfast was served from 6am - 9am and was find (for the price). The scrambled eggs were perfect, hot and tasty. The self-serve (and make) waffles were good too. Parking is behind the building and seemed like a safe and clean area. I would stay here...

"There was old shampoo that hadn't been washed off the shower walls and hair in the drain. The bathroom smelled like smoke. The shower was luke warm."
