"The staff was nice but not friendly or inviting. Checking in was a bit confusing due to the how the entrance was formatted. You must park in the parking garage and pay $15 to park though there was street parking staff said it cause $30 dollars to park on the street which felt a little predatory. Once checked in and parking in the garage it was hard to find the elevator which lead us to enter through the residents entrance and walk through long hallways to find our room. The room was nicely...

"The location of the Sands is perfect because it’s right on the Boardwalk. The pool also has a boardwalk/ocean view. Staff was great. Restaurant & bar also on the Boardwalk.
Hallways needed updating on some floors & better signage for multiple elevators is needed.

"We stayed 4 nights, Richelle I believe was her name was very helpful at check in, she took time to show us 2 other rooms. We disuse the pool or gym but they looked nice. The place is clean and well maintained"

"I think I had an isolated experience, but it was still an experience. I was in town for the night to visit my adult sons that live in Delaware. I selected this hotel because of the price, the location, the low rate to bring my shih poo along, the continental breakfast and the indoor pool and the hot tub.
Check in was easy - not friendly but easy. The hot tub was closed because there was a leak. We used the fitness room and the pool for a little while and it was decent. We had the whole room to...
