Cari Hotel di Dewan Distrik Yankalilla

"We stayed in a deluxe cabin it is far from deluxe. It had a musty smell, mould in the shower. Water stains on the windows and an old wall air conditioner/heater that vibrated the whole cabin. I left a glass on the sink and it was vibrating that much the smashed when it feel into the sink. It only has a double bed and not much room between the bed and the walls. Definitely not worth the money we paid to stay there."

"Bed was very comfortable however bathrooms could be cleaner in the wet areas. Staff helpful at the front desk. Good view out over the golf course."

I rang the number on the door and there was no answer. I messaged through Expedia and they have refused ro respond. I have requested a refund as the advertising is misleading and there is still no response or refund. As I write this they are still advertising they have a restaurant and bar and taking money. "The management are wonderful, baking delicious brownies as a welcome gift, and ensuring the room had everything a family needed including a proper sized microwave, a Nespresso machine with complimentary capsules, lovely quality towels, and sufficient crockery and glassware, with a little fridge. There is also a wonderful kitchen easily accessible to guests, with more equipment and seating area for preparing a meal and dining if needed. It’s in a great location too, walking distance to the main...
