"Great hotel with swimming pool in good location huge rooms "

"Property was clean, bar seemed to close at 9pm while I was there, room was very dark and old- no down lights for 2/3s of the room- needs a big refurbishment. Some other lights didn't function properly- need to use my torch on my phone as a light when working. Staff were friendly. "

"Breakfast was an issue was available until10:30 however when arriving at 10:00 no one was checking on what needed to be topped up and several heated dishes were empty. When querying was provided with the items, juice levels were almost empty. Also the meat and cheese in the cooler looked as if they had been there several days -as they were as we had the same experience all three breakfasts. Contacting front desk/housekeeping on the phone was impossible as no one answered. "

"We recently stayed at Grosvenor Hotel Adelaide and unfortunately had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the reception staff were absolutely lovely—friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. We really appreciated being allowed to leave our car in the carpark until after the football, which saved us some extra money and made the day much easier. "Old-school pub vibes with amazing staff and great drinks. The rooms are pretty basic for the price, and could definitely use a renovation, but they did the job for a short stay. Overall, a solid experience, I’d definitely come back!"

"Uitstekend aparthotel op loopafstand van restaurantjes, bushaltes en grote supermarkt. Keuken met basisvoorzieningen om te kunnen koken. Snijplank mist maar verder voldoende keukengerei. "Clean room only plus. Had to chase toilet paper, tissues, milk and tea towels. Harassed about car park payment when no car park was booked (confirmed no car park was required 48-72 hrs before arrival). And incompetent staff repeatedly requested bond payment after payment was made. Will not stay again."
