"Wonderful location on the waterfront and close to the main street of Burnie. The staff are so helpful and welcoming. Dining facilities are outstanding and we can vouch for breakfast and evening meals which offer variety and are very good quality. Our room had a comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, good climate control, but the best feature was being able to hear the ocean waves crashing on the beach."

"Nice old hotel in a great location. Rooms were very spacious, modern, clean and well maintained. Two drawbacks though, there was a nightclub across the road that kept us awake and the hotel had no lift to get up 2 stories with bags."

"For the price, this is excellent value. Clean, friendly, access to the pub. They don't have a bistro but made sure we knew where to get food. Everything you need to make an overnight stay worthwhile. "

"Very poorly designed. Was supposed to be two bedroom but one bed was in the living area. Access to the bathroom/toilet was through the master bedroom, completely inappropriate when sharing with a friend or anyone for that matter. Needs a lot of maintenance and upgrading "
