Carpets outside the room - as soon as you come out of the lift the sight of the dirty carpets attracted my attention. 2. Carpets inside the room were just as bad leaving me to wonder when the carpets were either vacuumed or steam cleaned. 3. The wardrobe has dust on all the shelves. 4. The shower in the bathroom was ancient...

"The room was very clean but handwash was empty and toilet paper positioned at the back of the toilet bowl. Hard to reach. More lighting over the tea and coffee area would be good. Great area for shopping or medical appointments in the city."
