"I stayed in a studio apartment at Quest Penrith for three nights. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable.
At the front desk, the staff were friendly and professional.
Special thanks to a housekeeping leader who introduced me to the night shift doctor when I was feeling unwell, which saved me from using the AC.
I did not take a car or use a parking lot."

"the place is great just don't expect too much. great for the price and affordable for family who just want to unwind.
we went down the wheeny creek with 4wd and had some kayaking or boating.
some walking tracks are abit overgrown.
doesn't have microwave.
nonetheless, will definitely come back"

"Nice quiet place to stay.
All staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful.
Restaurant not open for evening meals any more but breakfast was yumo. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it."

"No instructions to get washing machine or cook top working. No frying pan, no tea towels, no drying rack. Had issues with dishwasher.
Dirty flooring, especially around the bottom of skirting boards. Bathroom fan not working.
Carpet in bedroom soiled/stained.
Still was a pleasant stay, but certainly not worth over $200 a night (without discount).
Hotel reception upon arrival and departure, absolutely lovely.
Had issues with one reception lady who didn't allow my daughter back in and I had to...
