The staff were absolutely terrific with communications - quick to respond via Expedia messaging and facilitated all our requests. The one thing was I do wish they'd given us fresh towels everyday which they're supposed to. "Nice location, very clean, great hot shower, adequately equipped kitchen and good heating. Lounge furniture a little sparse and uncomfortable. The only issue was the bed. While clean and in good condition, but the mattress far too soft for us. Didn’t sleep at all well, woke with back ache."
