"The staff was very helpful. We got first floor apartment and asked to move to higher floor. They gave us the new apartment the next morning. Good location. Clean and nice bed."

"Great location. Great property. The only thing thats missing is probably bottled water. Tap water is drinkable but will be good to at least have complimentary 2 bottles a day. There is a main supermarket across the street so it was no problem at all. Aircon not the strongest at times but we managed. "

"The room was clean and large. Check in was smooth. The hotel clearly made an effort with soundproofing with double doors between the bar downstairs and the hotel rooms upstairs. Some noise still seeped through from the bar but it was muffled. The bigger noise issue is actually the hotel being situated right at the intersection of major roads and you could hear cars and trucks - this could be fixed by double glazing the windows, or wearing earplugs. The location is convenient to Randwick's main...

"No hot shower water in the morning"

"Excellent room , comfy beds , quiet didn’t hear the noise from pub,plenty of shops right outside hotel , lovely pub/restaurant with great food and prices , cleaning staff were very friendly, beach is close by , would highly recommend "

"This was the perfect location and the rooms were clean, it was super close to shops, restaurants and supermarkets. The train was a 2 minute walk away which made it super easy to get to other places. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this accommodation!! "
