"Room was very nice, we were disappointed as the room was not serviced, when we booked this room it did state that the room would be serviced. So no excuse and we were not happy."

"The room was completely run down, carpet stained all furniture beaten up, bed had huge dips in it. The entire room was a disgrace. This is not a nice hotel and should be rated 2 star at best. I cannot believe Mantra leave it in their portfolio. The staff were wonderful and helpful but the hotel is in appalling condition. "
