"Unable to drive to the entrance to check in, had to navigate car parking area whose entrance was difficult to find & then take the lift to reception. Daughter found that appliances & kitchenware in cupboards were dirty. Iron hotplate had something burnt & stuck to it so was unusable. No water in fridge, one small carton of milk, three teabags. There was a couple of small areas of rust in bathroom. Looked like someone had banged maybe a suitcase into the wall & taken a chunk of plaster...

"Stayed here before. As my family live across the road. Chose different room this time. Booked 3 nights across Anzac, zero housekeeping the whole time . So price felt unfair. I booked a room with a deck but never used it , as its very enclosed so not much sun and all the rooms above can look right down on you. Nice and quiet at night and aircon kept perfect temperature. There was a high step up into the room so I had to lift my walker up, hold myself on the wall and lift myself up into the room. We were welcomed nicely. The first night I went to plug in my travel mini-cpap machine. It has a transformer to plug in. "Room had hair and pee in the bathroom I had to change rooms and purchase my own small bottle of bleach and clean the room myself. No blanket on the bed. The blanket that was is the room was covered in hairs. Also after asking for a clean blanket twice the two they brought to the room were also covered in hairs. Yuck!"

"We had a stay scheduled here and due to airplane problems, missed our scheduled flight. The hotel staff was very helpful in getting our pickup at the Sydney end rescheduled. The hotel was beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay, even though we were only able to enjoy one night with them."

"Only 3 of the 6 elevators appeared to be working (but there was no signage to confirm this) which resulted in my low mobility mother and I having to wait more than 25 minutes for an elevator to check out, at which point she had to force herself into an already full elevator while I took the stairs. We requested to be taken down in the staff elevator and were denied and told to wait or take the stairs. Very disappointed in the service and this experience and wouldn't recommend it to others...
