"A very comfortable hotel with great location in Jindabyne. Balcony facing right to the beautiful lake, jogging track around the lake is right behind the hotel. Room is big with dining table, sofa, 2 bunk beds and 1 queen bed, very spacious for family of 5. AC has double function as heater, so we had no problem with super chilly winter outside."

"Modern clean and we loved the fire place that dried clothes quickly from the washing machine in the cabin. We wished we’d had some tongs for food prep, however everything else was there that we needed for cooking. Great size fridge but a small dishwasher which is understandable and needs to be stacked back to front. A good walk into town that hugs the lake as you do. TVs in every room. We enjoyed our stay safe and secure. "

"Terrible hotel. In your room, you will find a note demanding that you must empty your rubbish basket. You are also required to wash all cutlery and dishes before checkout, using a tiny sink measuring only 40 cm by 10 cm. The floor is so squeaky and bouncy that you can’t walk without waking people who are already asleep. The rooms are not soundproof at all, and the chairs on the balcony are dirty. "Loved the whole place the husband and wife do a great job! The brekki was simple but great and was good to sit and eat with fellow guests and discuss our days plus the communal lounge and kitchen was so comfortable and quaint. "

"Stayed over Easter in a 'family' (2 room) place. Location was fantastic for walking, but no parking is provided so was a ~20 min to drop the car off. Staff were AMAZING, easily the nicest group of humans I've met in a hotel - the service provided is what made us overall enjoy this place. "We had an overall easy and convenient stay. The room was clean and the view was lovely. However, there were a few things that could be improved. The room lacked some basic furniture like chairs and small table, which would have made it more comfortable. "

"Dark and dingy breakfast area, smelt mouldy and needed light. Open the doors windows and let air into the place. Greeted by front office staff member with things on not a good impression.
