"This is definitely not a 4-star hotel. it’s more like a 1 or 2-star property. My wife did not feel safe during our entire stay, and I’m honestly glad we only stayed one night. The whole hotel needs major renovations. Pictures look nice but don’t be fooled!! This is similar in price to other actual 4-5 stars in the area. Do not stay here if you’re looking for nice and or safe. The staff at the front desk also tried to overcharge us for Taj Mahal tickets by asking to buy 3 tickets when we needed...

"A newer hotel in an updated section of Agra. Rooms were clean, staff very helpful. The front desk cannot exchange money but bureaus were only minutes away. A/C and fan were vital, and the city subway is only minutes away. Shopping and restaurants near the hotel."

"The room was decent, problem 1, once you open your window you have trash in the empty lot in front and the roof of what it looks it’s a hallway, that is not in good conditions. Also, there is a glass window between the shower and the bedroom which has a curtain that was full of mold.
