"Check in was smooth. Room was okay nothing spectacular. The shower is not private, coffee selection is minimal. If you purchase coffee from the bar/restaurant it’s very expensive and strong. They will tax you on EVERYTHING. We paid in advance for parking and they tax that which was more than the 2 nights of parking. So 2 nights of parking was $120.00 USD. Very minimal food selection on the menu and a plain Cesar salad was over 25.00. McDonald’s is connected to the property so you have that...

"Surprisingly good. Remarkable reception staff, especially once they understood I was never going to do self checkin. Never. I don’t travel to an in-person meeting to interact with a computer! The staff were awesome. Great dinner in the restaurant, service and staff, but take your ear plugs at breakfast. The music selection is the worst at breakfast and completely unbearable and unnecessary."

"The rooms are very clean and the staff is very kind. Maria gave us a very warm welcome to the hotel. There aren't any extra amenities. No refrigerator or microwave and the rooms didn't have air conditioning, but overall it was a great experience. Room service was excellent and they even folded my clothes.
