"Beautiful historic hotel in the middle of town with a great breakfast."

"Die Unterkunft war ungewöhnlich. Optisch und von der Lage her beeindruckend. Innen merkte man aber auch eine gewisse Abnutzung und das Alter. Kann man aber akzeptieren. Leider waren für uns die Wege zum Zimmer sehr weit und ohne Orientierung. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach ausgestattet und hatte einen gewissen Charme der Achtzigerjahre. Einen TV gab es nicht! Gehört aber zum Konzept wurde uns vermittelt."

"Solo traveler staying a couple of nights in town and wanted to be within the walls of the city. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Room was perfect for my needs and even had a bathtub so I was able to do a quick load of laundry as I’m currently in the middle of my journey from hiking the alps and making my way around the county. Room was affordable and perfect, my only regret is I wished I would have tried the restaurant attached as their spring menu looked fantastic."

"Absolutely charming place to stay. Great location, wonderful accommodations."

"For the one night we stayed it was good. Clean room, comfortable bed and great location. We didn’t purchase the breakfast so can’t comment on the food. We would stay there again. One final note, there is no air conditioning in the room but a fan was provided. Luckily when we stayed it wasn’t too hot so it worked out good. My only other recommendation would be to add blackout blinds or curtains as there were lots of windows with very early sunlight coming into the room."

"This Hotel is simply FABOLOUS! The location is excellent, rooms are fantastic, staff is very helpful, breakfast buffet meets and exceeds expectations. We were given an upgrade from a room to a suite. The Hotel is fairly new, and they have trained their staff to be the BEST. Highly recommend this Hotel if you are ever in Dinkelsbuehl."

"Convenience: located within the medieval walls of Rothenburg. The valet parked our car, and we walked everywhere. Close to restaurants, activities, and shops. Runs a little like a BNB. Beautiful: the area is gorgeous, and the hotel is 750+ years old, which makes it charming and interesting. Food: dinner is amazing - the best meal we had in Germany and Austria on a 2-week trip. NOTE: the restaurant closes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so make an effort to get there on the other days - well worth...
