"great location"

"The staff were courteous. The loo was blocked, the bed was blood soiled (not noted till waking in the morning) and the walls in the bathroom rotten. The light was not sufficient for anything other than ambiance. Drinking water to be sourced from same area as human waste. Lovely shower. The fridge identified as a freezer and froze the contents before morning. Likely won’t stay again."

"Staff were very welcoming and gave us early access to our room. Greatly appreciated, after a very stressful early morning that saw us nearly not make the trip. Awesome location, to town, restaurants and One Stadium. Highly recommend for that. There was a bit of noise from plumbing pipes in other areas - were woken early on our first night due to that. Cool looking place, with a great vibe. "

"All good apart from noisy people above us apparently bouncing a ball for quite a while! Also as usual, the wifi is too weak to do much and need to link to phone. Lovely staff, very comfy bed great location "

"The kitchen is very dated and requires a refurbishment (and a couple of light bulbs as multiple were blown. Maybe a mouse trap or poison also, last morning there one mouse scurried across the floor to hole in the wall (kitchen). Room was fine, staff were nice. (Winds were awful through the night and destroyed some of the playground equipment). This is not our stay, previous stays were better. "

"Each time we have stayed our room has been clean and comfy. The staff are so lovely and welcoming. Top it off with a great choice for breakfast"

"The staff were wonderful, the food was excellent, the staff was fantastic, the only real thing lacking was amenities. Everything was a charge with few complimentary items, and at the price point it’s at felt a little crazy. But overall it was a great hotel and the chef staff upstairs were 10/10"

"クライストチャーチの観光に最適な立地。トラムそば、レストランやカフェが充実したエリアです。スタッフの対応は親切で、カフェのクーポンもいただけて行きたかったカフェだったのでうれしかったです。近場に空港シャトルバス停がありますが、バスインターチェンジも徒歩圏内でそちらを利用しました。お部屋はテーブルがあればいいなと思います。"

"Clean room with lovely beds, walls are a bit thin so could hear next door very easily but otherwise a good place in a good location"

"The room did need some maintenance - light in the bathroom did not go, their was no soap in the dispenser in the shower, jug went intermittently and the heater in smaller bedroom did not work. There were washing machines onsite - was $6 a load"

"Staff fantastic friendly helpful and efficient. Lovely bar good parking. Although room very nice and comfortable it did smell a bit like men’s toilet."

"In the middle of the nite there are lots of police car sirens, some drunks talk loudly, and the worst was a couple of drunks fighting loudly and involve police. It was weekend nite though.."
