"Found a baby lizard in the room, Wallpaper peeling off,bathroom door was stuck and didn't close, Room was missing amenities such as sugars, only one water was provided, very long wait times, check-in took 30-40 minutes. Swimming pool was under construction with no notice or warning whatsoever, Cafe was closed in the morning and night and only open during random times with no notice provided. "Multi cuisine" breakfast was late as well, provided subpar food, If this was classified as a 3 star...

"Great rooms and location, staff are incredibly helpful. Shoutout to Rafi from front desk for making the process extra smooth. Beware of ordering room service though, the menu prices are marked up 3x than the restaurant menu online."

"Nice people and clean hotel BUT: terrible windows. the hotel is very close to a main road, where bus and cars horn all the time. so even with good earplugs you are disturbed by the noise. who designed rooms with a single glass window close to a main road?"

"The staff were extremely helpful. Room was very clean, modern and well Maintained. Breakfast was superb and well planned. It is very difficult to say which staff stands out as all are excellent. I particularly mention Tushu and Isha who were proactive in helping me."
