"Rooms need updating.. but it’s compensated by the amazing staff. "

"Loud noise for entire stay non cooperative staff about this issue"

"First of all I tried to change my dates as I have wrongly booked Brahmapur, instead of Puri. I feel very discomfort for not able to contact expedia to change my venue as I have already booked non refundable room. So I just wanted to change it to puri hotel Pramod convention which I felt very disguisting. I tried to contact the property with the no. I was having but the no. was of Hotel Pramod Puri. I didnot understand why it happened with me. If the property has been booked for Hotel Pramod how...

"Service, hospitality, luxurious feel of the rooms and property, stunning and unspoiled landscapes. Beautiful heritage property restored to perfection and with with wonderful excursions offered to beautiful beaches and lakes."

"The entire staff was so nice and helpful, from the front door to the cleaning staff. The front desk ladies Namisha and Tanu deserve a very special thank you for their excellent service and professionalism."

"Had a very pleasant stay at Rohm Staycations. The property was extremely clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The overall service was smooth and well managed. The location is peaceful and calm, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Overall, it was a good stay with a positive experience, and I would definitely recommend Rohm Staycations to others."

"room service only available when the restaurant is functional. restaurant is on the ground floor and functional between 12 noon to 3:30 PM and in the evening from 630 till 1030.. located right on the highway, so very convenient for travellers on the Kolkata Chennai Road, however, keeping amenities in mind, chose your stay."

"A terrible place in a seedy locality. The front desk refused to acknowledge my hotels.com booking. I had to go elsewhere searching for a better hotel. Either Hotels.com has no presence in the Indian hospitality sector, or there is no proper procedure for screening loyalty hotel members."

"Terrible place and very different to the photos, very old rooms, bugs infested rooms. Also found rat in the room. No water supply for a good few hrs. Please don’t book this hotel"
