"戸建て感覚でロッジに快適に泊まりたい人には最適です。午後4時からのチェックインでしたがウイーンから朝移動したので11時過ぎに到着、スーツケースを預けようとしたら部屋の用意ができていたのでそのままチェックインさせていただきました。（追加料金なし）めっちゃラッキー！午後、ケーブルカー（ゴンドラ）に乗ってファイブフィンガーズと大氷穴を見に行きました。翌日は、早朝からハルシュタット観光。めっちゃ混むので午前中の観光がお薦めです。ハルシュタットでの宿泊も考えたのですが、シャワーが共同だったり、部屋が狭かったりと快適ではなさそうなので対岸のオーバートラウンで正解でした。朝、5時に起きたらハル シュタットの湖を独り占めできますよ！最高の贅沢！"

"The check-in experience was very frustrating. The hotel charged me again for an amount that I had already paid when I made the reservation. I spent a long time trying to explain and resolve the issue at the property, but it was only after I contacted the hotel’s online customer service that the problem was quickly fixed.
This was the first time I have ever experienced being charged twice for a prepaid booking, and it wasted a significant amount of my time.

"Appartement dans l'hôtel Vitalhotel à Gosau, à 20mn de voiture de Hallstatt. Très propre, décoration moderne avec de petites attentions (petite bouteille de Prosecco, petits gâteaux, dépliants touristiques dans la chambre). Seul point négatif : les buffets sont bien trop chers : 19 euros pour le petit déjeuner, 30 euros pour le dîner, 45 euros pour les deux."

"Fantastic place to stay. Extremely convenient to get everywhere with our car. Parking was secure. We could walk to the grocery store. The apartment had plenty of space and the kitchen was perfect for cooking for our family of three."
