"Our room was absolutely perfect. Everything centered around a huge walk-in shower as it should. The mountain views from our second floor balcony were amazing. And the breakfast was delicious. If you are visiting Salzburg or the surrounding area, I would highly recommend staying here and commuting by train, which is very simple to do and the station nearby."

"Very friendly staff. No air conditioning and lots of flies due to the cow farm next door. Beautiful views though and clean hotel. No pool nearby like the photo shows and make sure you check out because they won’t just charge your card on Expedia."

"Staff were friendly initially until it came to paying the tourist tax which she wanted in cash. Once we explained that we had no cash but were happy to pay by card she became quite angry as she would be charged extra for the transaction using her card reader. It made us feel so uncomfortable I even asked for a refund for our stay which we had booked 2 hours earlier to which she simply replied "no" and "why" .
