The location is one of the best parts — you’re still in the cool highland air with mountain views from many rooms/balconies, but it’s quieter and more relaxed than being right up at the main Resorts World Genting peak. "better than first world actually, but the service from the hotel is just not friendly. even no wifi here. it sucks nowadays don't have wifi at hotel."

"Room was cleaned and ambients was great. Only thing was price was slightly higher, limited food options at the mall. Could attract more guest if price was more adjusted for sure because no it was a residence with no room service. Enjoy the stay nevertheless"
