"This hotel is in an excellent location just a few minutes’ walk from Kansai Airport, making it especially convenient after a long flight.
There is a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and the front desk was staffed with enough employees that there was no waiting time for check-in. I had also sent a package from Amazon to the hotel in advance, and the staff quickly brought it to my room upon arrival.
The room was spacious, and the bathroom amenities were excellent, especially for women. They provided skincare items such as lotion, cream, makeup remover, and facial cleanser, along with shower caps, hair bands, combs, and toothbrushes. Pyjamas were also provided, and the room included a kettle with several types of tea and coffee.
There is also a coin laundry located at the back of the North Wing, which was very convenient. If you need change for the machines, the front desk can assist with exchanging money.
Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was enjoyable to explore. Above all, the staff were incredibly friendly and professional, which made my stay truly wonderful.
