Cari Hotel di Distrik Kapurthala

"Bedrooms are fair. Bathroom needs a full refurbish. No hot water in showers. Very dirty floors."

"The room was clean and spacious. The staff were really helpful. The welcome drink was delicious. The bed was really comfortable. The only disappointment was that the WiFi was extremely weak and the power kept cutting out on the first night and there was a delay before the generator kicked in."

"There ant in the room otherwise very good stay"

"Had a 4 night stay in March 2026 when the 2 rooms which I booked were not cleaned at all. Requested this to be done on 2 separate occasions and on both occasions not cleaned. Had to request further clean towels and toilet rolls during my stay. The towels were dirty, and the curtains had holes in them. If this is the condition of their premium suite, I can only imagine the state of their standard rooms. To make matters worse, the staff lacked basic manners and professionalism. The overall experience was far below expectations and completely...

"Bom! Mas tive que sair antes do checkout porque desligaram o ar condicionado do meu quarto e mesmo eu pedindo pra religar isso não foi feito. O checkout era ao meio-dia, mas tive que sair do quarto pra outro local por volta das 10:30 horas porque não aguentava o calor do quarto, mas precisava ficar deitada devido ao meu estado de saúde."
