"A very spacious unit. Feels like it was originally a small condo unit (including an around the corner balcony and a small hallway). Nice kitchen area with appropriate kitchenware. "Really great experience and property. Very friendly staff and the room was huge but we did book the grand room. Location was excellent with two stations nearby that can take you to Dotonbori or Shinsaibashi as well as others of course. Will definitely stay here again if i come back to Osaka."

However, I would have appreciated written instructions in English for using the appliances in the room such as the air conditioner, washing machine, etc..
