"I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. It was ice cold on arrival and would've taken hours to warm up to a useable temperature. That might've been ok but we...

"This is our second time in Montreux and we always stayed at Eurotel. And this time on our child 17th Birthday. We love the view and the location. The free flow welcome drink and popcorn always made us happy. Also the breakfast superb!! Staff very helpful, she arrange our rooms close to each other. Surely will come back again.. "Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. "I chose this property due to it's proximity to the train station. Be aware though it is down a steep hill from the station level. There is a public elevator on the main road that helps avoid this. On arrival staff were very pleasant and helpful. Room was well equipped, though bathroom whilst well equipped was a bit cosy. Breakfast was great with plenty of fresh choice. Good value if you need to be near the station"
