"Friendly staff"

"I hate leaving negative info but for the benefit of future travelers, I have to be honest about a few items with this property: 1. It was absolutely buzzing with flies inside. There was spray and a fly swatter inside which indicates this must be a known issue to the property manager. It made our short stay very uncomfortable. 2. This is not a hot tub, it is a swedish bath. It was ice cold on arrival and would've taken hours to warm up to a useable temperature. That might've been ok but we...

"Das Appartement war rundum hervorragend. Kann ich nur empfehlen!"

"Perfect location. Nice breakfast with lake view. Room is very nice."

"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves. We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. At 12AM they offered to change our room, we did, but the AC was also not working. They gave us a fan. Such a...

"Ideally located in Montreaux, great views over the lake from our room.Staff very friendly &helpful.Highly recommended hotel."

"Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, dekat dengan danau dan di daerah sekitar hotel banyak tempat perbelanjaan dan juga restoran."

"We only stayed one night here but we made the most of it. It was tidy, well-appointed and the staff was very kind and helpful. The location is IDEAL if you'd like to walk through the wine terraces and see the beautiful views and scenery. And you're very close to walk into town (Cully) and see the lake shore, find a restaurant or shop, and even pick up some items from Coop! We did a tasting at Les Freres Dubois in Cully the evening we arrived which was lovely - the wines were fantastic and we had...

"Everything about it was bad. It was not clean. The toilet didn’t work properly. The good thing I can say it’s in a great area and for the price if you don’t mind to stay in a crappy little place for sleeping it’s perfect. I guess I could say that much stuff wasn’t very nice. The lady at the front not friendly at all not helpful at all didn’t want to be working. It seemed like to me."

"Die Aussicht war hervorragend"

"Very nice hotel, very good location next to the lake and close to main attractions and train station."
