"This is our second time in Montreux and we always stayed at Eurotel. And this time on our child 17th Birthday. We love the view and the location. The free flow welcome drink and popcorn always made us happy. Also the breakfast superb!! Staff very helpful, she arrange our rooms close to each other. Surely will come back again.. The staff were very pleasant and helpful but through no fault of theirs, the hotel is very poorly kept, is incredibly outdated and requires more investment in time, money and management. The bathrooms were very poorly kept especially, gardens not maintained and massive bins welcome you at the entrance. "Paying for cheaper hotel Villa Toscany you can still use facilities across the road sauna, swimming etc. which is great. Good location. I do struggle to find information on Expedia website that check in for Villa Toscany needs to be done in Royal plaza across the road if I knew it from begging would be more helpful."
