"the staff were amazing by the canoe rental area on the beach…"

"We booked a king size bed in one room and a Queen in the second bedroom. But the second bedroom came with twin beds. So was unhappy with not getting what we booked and payed for ."

"It was a nice experience"

"A little dated, the restaurant was good, doing some hotel renovation when we were there but was not noisy. Many other entities use hotel property as a base, Ontario northland bus stop and muskoka cruise boat port. Not a bad place for the price."

"I went for 2 days to relax. When people walked upstairs it was so loud that it kept me up till after 1 and then up again from 4 0'clock. The place was great but noise is a big problem. I am going home exhausted instead of refreshed. My second time there. Not sure it ill come back."

"Property was well kept and staff were helpful as needed. Breakfast area was not well organized and toasters did not work. Coffee was cold."

"Very clean hotel"

"Everything was perfect"

"Good location by a beautiful lake. Very close to the town centre and muskoka steamships. Very quiet and lots of family and kids were staying there. Couple of minor issues but overall pleasant stay"
