"First the rooms were renovated and was better than before but couple things were noticeable 1-bathroom was so small especially in towelette area very narrow 2- hardwares used in bathroom was so cheap one and very basic so very inconvenient"

"I rarely post but this one deserves some comments, photos do no reflect the current status of the suites. Cleanliness is very much overlooked. The room we were checked in had many issues related with cleanliness. We photographed and documented it. Staff is very cold and unfriendly. Room alternative which was offered was falsely documented as us the guest making a room a change request. In making this clever and dishonest statement in their statement we seem to not be entitled to any...

"Room was ok. Shower base was spinning. Water pressure not that great. Shower head was fixed couldn’t bring down. Nothing too crazy. No sauna no hot tub just a pool. Breakfast was better than most. Staff was friendly and it was clean. Don’t think it’s worth the price. Making rooms over 300 per night isn’t worth it. Very over priced especially up there."

"Wifi was crap. Was a rainy weekend and the Wifi continually cut out. We paid for the BBQ and could not get the BBQ tanks to turn on. We ended up using another units BBQ. 3 units ended up sharing 1 BBQ."
