"Spent 6 nights at the crown plaza, this was my 3rd stay at this hotel. Rooms were ok but the beds were terrible and uncomfortable. Also there were food stains and rips on the bedding. Food was good and plenty to eat for everyone. Service was very slow and often found myself wait just to get a simple cup of coffee. My biggest complaint was the room cards. Every time I stepped out and then came back my card stopped working. Every day at least 3 times I had to go to reception to get my key card...

"We fully understand that it is an old hotel we stayed at, so you could definitely see the usage of the hotel from time and wornness… when you entered the hallway, and more specifically the assigned room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke - as if it was in the ventilation system… :( In general the cleanliness was OK, but felt very superficial/done quickly. "Excellent property and excellent views, great ambience outside the room, externally everything looks and feels like a luxury resort. Inside the room is not pleasant, everything is low class / middle class. Service is near zero. No room service not even can you ask for a favor to be brought to the room, like a beer or a sprite.
