"Nice hotel. Downtown is a bit sketchy, but they're secure underground parking so that was good. Not great, but that was. Comfortable. Good stay stay."

"The room was spacious and very clean. Great location and friendly staff. My only suggestion is to add a small shelf below the bathroom sink, as there is very little counter space on the bathroom vanity for personal items. The pillows are excellent and I always like having a duvet covered in clean, white sheets. Wait until you experience the powerful water pressure in the shower. It's a free massage."

"Room was clean, bed was firm, door lock was secure. Most rooms are attached to atrium not a hallway."

"Beautiful spacious room which I really enjoyed. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Facilities were limited but adequate as there were places to eat nearby. Breakfast was a minimal self-service standard which wasn’t particularly appealing but it seems like this is the standard in Canada."

Will probably not go back if ever in the area again. Most hotels offer continental breakfast and charge less to stay at comparable accommodation."

"Room was clean and sufficient. Sad the hot tub was closed for the season. Appreciated use of an exterior 110 plug in when we brought the Baller Food Truck to Valemount Days."

"Staff were friendly however there was a burn hole in the curtains and they didn’t close properly, there were no bedside tables and not enough covers on the bed. It was cold."

"We stayed 2 nights at the Rocky Inn in June 2026. The location was great, close enough to Jasper and the sights we wanted to experience. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had been updated. The room was very clean, other than a few spots on the comforters on the bed. The windows are original and need maintenance -badly. But it was clean, the staff were kind and the price was great compared to other hotels in Jasper or the surrounding area."
