"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. "It is right next to Vevey Gare so makes it easy and convenient. The rooms are clean and quiet. And they have air con! We very much enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable and the eoom was nice and daek."

"If you have a big car/suv I recommend the parking. They have plenty of outside parking so it is fine for large cars. Room was good but they don’t have aircon it just blows air at a similar temperature to outside (the staff told me). So when it’s hot like it was for me I woke up sweating in the night. It was actually cooler to turn the system off. Restaurant is not cheap."
