The dining room was also not particularly inviting in terms of atmosphere. Due to the war, many of the hotel facilities were closed or not functioning, which significantly limited the overall experience. Despite this, the price we paid did not reflect the situation or the reduced services."

"General cleanliness of the room was poor for a country so high-tech the TV was old and there was no USB port in the room Also when the room was cleaned it wasn’t clean. Thoroughly marks were left on the shower door tissues were not replenished just missing that five star touch that they promise."
