"This is not a hotel/ not even a Motel, it is an absolute disaster zone, no bar fridge in room, walls cracked/bath is filthy/ big spider webs in bathroom with bugs caught in it/ I would rather camp out in a tent than ever putting my foot back there, the owners should rather sell and demolish that building. ITS BAD and I took pics to prove all I have said above"

"We ended up leaving. It stunk there was moldy food in top of oven. No smoke alarms. We were actually disgusted. Windows were dirty. We didnt want to make a scene so said we had to leave for family matters. Would not recommend this place infact no smoke alarms is a major health and safety breech. Never be back."

"The Deluxe Queen Queen room faces the road and houses look straight into your room. The linen curtains help to filter this out. The room itself had been refreshed recently. The bathroom was however was still in its origional condition. The covers around the shower fittings fell off a few times. The water filter down stairs needed replacing, therefore would not work towards the end of our stay. This was not resolved. "Everything was clean and we had everything we needed."

"We traveled from the USA and this was our first stop. We loved it! Yes your patio smells like sulfur sometimes, but that’s to be expected when staying right next to the active geothermal lake. They were very helpful and responsive to all our questions/requests. The breakfast had a great variety and the quality of food, juice, and drinks was truly surprising. The room was very clean, the parking was very convenient."

"Reserved a room with a king bed but got a room with a queen bed. Toilet in room needed a cleaning. Looked like it was missed when they did a between stay clean. Rusty and older bathroom. "

"Property is very old, paint peeling off walls, no hot water, I hated it, someone was stuck in the lift this morning "

"The hotel advertises a free airport shuttle, but they do not have one. I contacted them before arrival to arrange pickup, and they told me the shuttle does not exist. I had to pay for a taxi. When I asked the hotel to reimburse the taxi cost, they refused and told me to contact Expedia. This is misleading and caused unnecessary expense."
