"Super cute hotel to stay for a quick getaway. Was pouring with rain and freezing cold the whole time we were there so didn't make the trek to the hot pool which was a shame. Next time!"

"No issue with the property itself, they are renovating so good things to come I am sure. The only issue I had was the shower was not hot enough. It was a cold morning in Putaruru, and I really wanted a nice steaming hot shower, but sadly it just wasn't hot enough."

"We ended up leaving. It stunk there was moldy food in top of oven. No smoke alarms. We were actually disgusted. Windows were dirty. We didnt want to make a scene so said we had to leave for family matters. Would not recommend this place infact no smoke alarms is a major health and safety breech. Never be back."

"Awesome place to stay! I will definitely be coming back again! Beautiful rooms. They have revamped them very well! Had everything we needed in the room! It was different having a room with laminated flooring over carpet but not the end of the world. Only thing that did bother us was that our tv would not connect to the internet so we were only able to watch normal television…. Managers did come to check it but they couldn’t fix it. Not the biggest issue but it would have been nice to be...
