The sign in front says newly renovated guest rooms The entry carport is covered in gravel and dirt more suited for a construction site. The actual lobby is sparkling and beautiful. I have pictures of my room which should make it uninhabitable. Deep dirt, stale air, loose wires, dirty bed linens, open sink drain, no hot water. "The back entrance to the lobby was filthy. There was spilled pop on the floor near the vending machine and people were tracking that in to the elevator, which incidentally was scary to use. Elevators are not supposed to shudder and shake when in use. The stairway and hallways to the rooms smelled like a washroom. The laminate flooring in our room was sticky; luckily we had our flip flops. The worst was the amount of flies and fruit flies in the room. After a 3 night stay and killing dozens,...

"The rooms are new and well laid out fridge had a full-size freezer. The room is you couldn’t hear a noise from the other room and the bed was exceptionally comfortable."

"Clean rooms, king rooms small, with fridge and microwave. Have to use stairs, no elevators. 2 stories high. Staff helpful, but front desk lady could be a little more mannered. Breakfast good, when getting a bagel to toast, one bagel fell over in container. Front desk lady grabbed the bagel that fell over, telling me that the kitchen staff had then standing up pretty, as if to tell me im making a mess. Didn't appreciate her attitude."
